Analysis of signaling pathways and diseases using TaqMan® Arrays (96)
When
studying signaling pathways or complex
diseases, it is highly useful to examine
the expression level of as many participating
genes as possible. However, researchers
are often disencouraged by the multitude
of necessary assays and the considerable
cost and time required for their analysis.
IMGM
now offers a new service to circumvent
these obstacles and to provide you with
reliable and affordable gene expression
data for your pathways or diseases of
interest.
Our service is based
on real-time PCR analysis by so-called
Gene Signature Panels in 96-well
format (TaqMan® Arrays (96)), where
the array plates are pre-spotted with
TaqMan® assays targeting
the genes of interest as well as selected
housekeeping genes.
Over 90 different
Gene Signature Panels are available
(supplied by Applied Biosystems), covering
signaling pathways such as the EGF pathway
or the NFkB pathway, and diseases such
as Alzheimer’s disease or diabetes.

available TaqMan® Array (96) Gene
Signature Panels, please [click

Panels.
If you are interested in a customized Gene Signature Panel containing yor gene panel of interest, please contact us to receive further information.
By using Gene Signature
Panels, your samples are analyzed in
a highly time- and cost-efficient
manner: No tedious looking up of assays
matching to pathway members or disease-related
genes, no error-prone and time-consuming
pipetting of multiple assay-sample combinations,
no residual unneeded assay volumes.

service, please contact the IMGM team
