miRNA profiling
A new microarray-based service from IMGM Laboratories


With our new miRNA profiling service we offer you a complete solution from project consultation and data generation to data interpretation and reporting. This service is available for Human (V2), Mouse and Rat. Using Agilent's eArray tool, we are able to create and process custom miRNA arrays with your specific content. 

The pre-designed Human miRNA Microarray V2, for example, contains probes for 723 human and 76 human viral microRNAs from the Sanger miRBase v.10.1. Employing these robust and highly sensitive microarrays, we generate complete miRNA expression profiles which allow  you broad insight into human miRNA expression and regulation.

Once promising miRNA candidates have been identified using this screening approach, you can easily continue with your project taking advantage of our miRNA validation service. This service is based on real-time PCR and relies on Applied Biosystems' proven TaqMan chemistry to successfully validate your miRNA  candidates in a larger set of samples.
